Vibro screener

Screening technology

Vibro screener

The vibro screener uses vertical vibration motors for high-frequency motion in a circular body. It classifies powders, granules and solid-liquid mixtures on several decks with a small footprint.

Operating principle

One or two vertical motors generate high-frequency vibration. Amplitude is adjustable so throughput and residence time match the feed. Bouncing balls or brushes under the decks keep apertures clear. The closed housing limits dust; stainless steel is available for hygienic processes.
