Vibro screener
The vibro screener uses vertical vibration motors for high-frequency motion in a circular body. It classifies powders, granules and solid-liquid mixtures on several decks with a small footprint.
Operating principle
One or two vertical motors generate high-frequency vibration. Amplitude is adjustable so throughput and residence time match the feed. Bouncing balls or brushes under the decks keep apertures clear. The closed housing limits dust; stainless steel is available for hygienic processes.
