Sheet-metal forming
Roll-forming line
The roll-forming line shapes trapezoidal sheet, façade and roof panels and C/Z profiles in successive roll stations. Cutting and stacking run automatically; roll sets are project-specific.
Operating principle
Strip from coil passes progressive roll stations. Each station brings the profile closer to the final geometry. At the end a shear cuts to length and a stacker takes the parts. Interchangeable roll sets allow different profiles. Verified sheet thickness is 0.4–2.5 mm; capacity and motor power are set by project.
